EZI Security Systems maintains a well resourced service division as a back up to all its products. Mobile technicians are available after hours as well as performing regular maintenance in all areas.
Site specific regular maintenance contracts are available for all our products. We recommend our 3 year regular maintenance contract, which also extends our parts and labour warrantee. We have a hotline and email service available 24/7 in order to cover any emergency security issues. Ezi product is built to last. The design of our gates both structurally, and in quality of components, will give years of efficient and safe operation. Regular maintence is a cost effective way of extending the life of our product. We have over 2000 gates in operation and our studies have shown that those with regular maintenance programs are still going strong after 15 years with minimal service costs over the years.
