TruckStopper Lite sliding gate system is designed for impact resistance below that of TruckStopper.
It’s designed to withstand a collision by a 1.5 tonne vehicle at 80kpm and like the TruckStopper it affords high opening and closing speeds of up to 1 metre per second.
The device is designed to prevent access by cars, bikes and pedestrians. As a cantilevered system, all the mechanicals and electronics are well above ground for ease of installation, maintenance and reliability under all conditions.
It’s state of the art electronics provide a true 100% duty cycle product with reliability through proven industrial quality components, PLC (programmable logic controller), and UPS (uninterrupted power supply) backup.
The TruckStopper Lite has sophisticated systems capable of providing high levels of safety to pedestrians and vehicles. All safety systems may be overridden in the event of an emergency.
