The Ezi Systems Step is a tough, reliable and quick response hydraulic Rising Step barrier with advanced safety features
The Ezi Rising Step barrier provides the solution for applications demanding a higher level of stopping power in locations were insufficient room prevents the installation of the Ezi Truck Stopper system.
Available in Three sizes (3m, 4m and 5m), the EZI Rising Step is capable of withstanding axle loadings of up to 12 Tonne.
The Ezi Rising Step features:
- The base frame of the EZI Rising Step is lowered into a concrete foundation with suitable drainage, and constructed from 125 x 65 PFC and 200 x 200 x 13 angle. The base frame is fully welded and reinforced with 75 x 75 x 8 angle struts.
- The rising step is constructed from 100 x 50 PFC together with impact ribs made from 100 x 12 MS bar and 3mm galvanized sheet front cover. The top of the step is covered with 10mm anti skid checker plate.
